    My partner and I were upgraded to 200mg capsules after a shipping issue (blown away by the great service at Grasslife btw). He had experienced micro-dosing previously, but it was my first go. Both of us followed the 4 day on/3 day off rule. For the first two ‘cycles’, both of us experienced some tough emotional days. We were both feeling our feelings and some stuff surfaced that put us down in the dumps. However, we were both able to articulate what was going on and our communication improved. After getting through that, it was like a door opened and we were able to just feel happier and easier. Our connection feels stronger, we are both focusing more on our goals and challenges feel more like speedbumps rather than roadblocks. We are ordering our second batch and are excited to see what happens next!
    A couple of notes to consider:
    I take medication for ADHD, and the microdosing made their effects feel enhanced to the point of overwhelm. I think I could have gotten away with it on the 100mg but oh well! Keep in mind what other substances you are putting in your body as you go through this experience.
    Taking them in the morning did play on effect on my workday, I recommend figuring out how you respond to your first cycle on your days off, then integrate them accordingly.
    Overall, great product and great service. Fairly affordable and excellent quality.

    This is by far the best microdosing capsule out there that I’ve been able to find. Not only has it been extremely beneficial to me in regards to my depression and anxiety…its also packed with a handful of other extremely health beneficial mushrooms. Do your research if you’re interested in microdosing, but I would bet money you won’t find a better capsule than this one.

    I suffer from depression and I take a combination of two anti depression medications. I found that they weren’t working the best over time. So I tried this… game changer. I do 4 mornings caps a week @100mg and I cannot tell you how much better I feel.it’s wonderful. I don’t feel weird or “high” but more lighthearted and energetic. Grasslike I hope y’all keep these in stock!!
