White Burma

A species of cubensis found in high density patches across south-east Asia, the Burma (Burmese) strain is a mushroom that has found its way into western cultivation for a rumored single spore print collected by John W. Allen, which was subsequently cultivated. It is believed that all Burmas found in circulation today can trace their lineage directly back to that first spore print, however such a claim is nearly impossible to verify for certain.
